Athens in crisis

Just spent a week in the Greek capital to see how dire the situation about the black sheep of the eurozone really was. Over here, that is in those countries that have yet been spared by the crisis – yet! – you mention Greece and it seems all doom and gloom. Listening to the news,  one imagines a country on its knees, its citizens, if they are not rioting against the implementation of austerity measures, probably panhandling the few tourists that still venture into a theoretically bankrupt land.  So I thought I’d go and check it out myself.
